I need some advice from someone who knows about towing caravans.

I have an Octavia Estate Petrol 2.0 2001 and am thinking of buying an Abbey 415 GTS 4 berth with a weight of 1237KG unladen.

Can I tow this with ease? Have been to a site called Whattowcar.com and it says I am 137 KG too heavy. Does this matter too much?

I am a total novice when it comes to caravanning (apart from holidays with parents a long time ago.
