Hello all,

Thought I'd pop my head in here and introduce myself since I'll be pinching lots of your lovely Skoda info shortly

To cut a long story short; I drive Honda. Girlfriend drives Fabia. Fabia goes clunk. I check forum, suspect roll bar bushes.

That's as far as the story goes so far, in hindsight I could probably have given you the full version but hey ho...

As soon as I post this I'll be checking through to get an idea of where and how much roll bar bushes are gonna cost me before I go out and lay in a puddle under the car to check exactly whats going on. I'm looking forward to that bit

Roll bar and bushes aren't expensive, you pay more for the labour than for the bits.

depends on what you class as not expesive. The earlier Fabias anti roll bars and bushes are fixed as one unit., so you have to buy a whole set just to replace one. My seirra cost me £5 for Bush the Fabia £120 for the parts and only avaliable from Skoda Dealer. I love my old fords.
