    Hi just joined the forum as I have ran out of ideas with my 1.8 20v octavia 1998. It is really sluggish under hard accelaration and at motorway speeds it will just die if i press the clutch and let the revs drop then it will work fine for about 10 mins. Any ideas

    someone else suggested to check the exhaust system so when i get back to my workshop i'll strip it down and have a look at it
