Thread: Beam diffusers for Continental driving

I am planning to take my new Fabia 2 for two weeks of motoring on the Continent. Can I use black tape to diffuse the headlights or do I have to buy commercial beam-benders? If I can mask the beams myself, is there a "pattern" available to ensure I locate the tape in the right position.
