Hello everyone , I would like to buy van in Netherland and bring it to Belarus . In Belarus at the moment very high taxation on the cargo vans , what I planing to do ,buy cargo van and make from it partly passenger van ( put extra three seats at the back , but I do not know how it will comply with Dutch Certificate of registration for the car. Unfortuantely there is no Long Maxi version of cargo /passenger Sprinter on the market so I have to do this small reconstruction of cargo van .
Can some body explain me or may be send me link on sample of Dutch Certificate of vechicle registration or help me with advice of how to do this legally and fast .
