Thread: Skoda Octavia: Driver's side footwell filling with water

My Y reg Octavia has recently started to get water into the driver's footwell. I need to clear leaves etc. from under the plastic bit which connects to the bottom of the windscreen (as I think a drain hole must be blocked) but have no idea how to remove it. Have tried a gynecological operation through a narrow gap with large tweasers with little success. Any suggestions from anybody? Any information on where the drain hole is etc. would also be much appreciated.

The surface of car's door must not be straight,the flow of water should be outside of the door.in order to remove it add a water absorber in its gap.

Have you checked the door seals as that is a common fault with Skoda's.
