Hi I could really do with some help, I am having a problem with the EML coming on, the code its coming up with is P3130 EGR system regulation range exceeded - intermittent. Not sure what the problem is as I was first told the turbo is on its way out although I can't feel any power loss and its not smoking etc. I thought it was the EGR valve but that's been tested twice and is working fine. A seat dealer recommended fitting a new actuator yet another garage has looked at the car and said that part looks brand new. They said that code doesn't exist on their software but cross referenced it with VW and said that is saying its a turbo problem....I would be grateful if anyone can help!
