I have a 407 SW ( estate) and i am currnetly experiencing power steering failure especially when power is put through the wheels and i'm turning or negotiating a right hand bend/corner.

It does happen on the left side but not as often as the right hand side.

If i can explain as i start turning the wheel to the right, it becomes really stiff then releases then stiff and so on. To the point where i'm concerned it will have a complete failure.

I am currently using my pedal cycle to to and from work as money is tight.....any suggestions??

A friend of mine suggested using a forum, but i've never used one before.
