Right understand now sorry for being thick
need to get mine up off the ground as i think it has been lowered and probably has stiffer springs .
will be taking heed of your advice on body protection
luckily its already wired for spot light has interior light and a plug for a potti light and has a manual override for the fan.
i presume you plated both the insides of the u sections of the trailing arms with something like 5mm plate and with the wishbones plated over the bottom of the u sections to form a box
im thinking that i will add an additional engine steady to try to limit the flex on its mounts under load

first job is engine out to sort the major oil leak , from the front , suspect crank oil seal and to sort the ignition wiring , those thing done its off for a mot and then start modding

yeah we did a sort of box section setup. might be able to see on the picture actually. new engine mounts would be good ans an engine steady should limit the rocking of the engine, but would definatly carry a spare driveshaft or two!! on a trial and when one goes make up a spacer for it, any engineering works will do it for you.
