wondering if anyone can help me. I have a 2001 Ibiza 1.4 and I often get this strange sort of buzzing sound upon acceleration, however only when the engine accelerates at certain RPM's not say if I just rev the engine when stationary. The noise appears to be coming from the back left of the car (where the rear of the exhuast is) so I took it to a garage who checked the exhaust and there are no holes or anything in it and it is not touching or rubbing part of the car. The noise doesn't really seem to affect anything performance or otherwise it's just really annoying, plus I am usually of the opinion that if there is a noise that shouldn't be there then something is wrong and I'm just worried that i'm driving about with a problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
