When I'm driving I'm getting a warning bell (sounds like the seatbelt chime from an aircraft) which sounds intermittantly. No warning lights come on at all. Car is 2005 Ibiza Reference 1.2. Can't find any explanation in the handbook - can anybody help?

Is the warning bell you discribe only in cold weather?
If so, I think it may be telling you that the outside temperature has just dropped below
5 degrees C.
If thats the case, check your trip computer, it will be flashing the outside temerature @ below 5 C.
