Default Ibiza Reference 2008 - Steering Problem

    Hi,

    I have a Seat Ibiza Reference, October 2008, 1.2 - 70 hp engine.

I bought it with six months, 2500 Km and it was a test drive car.

I would like to know from anybody that has a similar car if they find the steering precise and sharp enough...

I question this because, in my car, I cannot find the central position of the steering wheel where I can take hands off the wheel and the car would keep going straight (on a regular road)

My previous car did that with no problem, even after 8 years, and 100.000 Km

My previous car was a VW Golf and maybe I was used to a superior steering (is it?)

    My final question is:

Can anyone with a Seat Ibiza does that steering test with success?

Thanks in advance for all your answers!

P.S. - Sorry for my poor english

Your English is not bad my friend, maybe even better than some English people.....lol

As for the steering, I know what your saying, I have a Golf and Ibiza, and the Ibiza is softer than the Golf, my Ibiza has always pulled to the left, even after being tracked, apparently if you fit a strut brace it makes it better, I can not confirm this as I have not tried it myself.

Hope this is of some help...
