I am the owner of a 2004 Seat Toledo, 1.9 TDI and the lights (dims, fulls and spots), heater, wipers and indicators are all not working. I reckon it is a problem with the relay and may need replacing. The fuses are fine so this isn't the problem. Could anyone please tell me where the location of the relay is?
