On a mixed run I get about 42-44mpg. Is this normal? Previously I had the 2.0 diesel in an audi A4 estate I was getting 45-52 mpg no matter how hard the car was driven and even in a nissan x-trail 2.2 d was managing 38mpg. Speaking to friends who have had Tourans and Bora's with the 1.9 engine they have managed 44-50mpg. Please tell me the engine will loosen and return more miles per gallon?
