Thread: Ibiza slowing down while my foot is on accelerator!!

Hey All,

Any help greatly appreciated. I drive a 1.2 Seat Ibiza Stella (2002). Over the last couple of days I've noticed that while i'm driving (no matter what speed) my car just starts to slow down! It feels like there's a thud in the engine and it just slows down. It doesn't matter how hard i press on the accelerator. I have to drop a gear in order to speed back up.

Any ideas as to what may be causing this???
