Hi,

My Seat Ibiza 05 plate has been scraped by a bin truck. The rear bumper has a small gauge out of it and has scraped the paintwork away down to the black plastic. The slice is about 50mm long by 10mm high by 3mm deep.

I was just wondering if anyone had advice and what sort of price I would be looking at for a repair. I've been to a garage and the guy said they would probably have to replace the whole bumper and as the paint is Lluvia blue it will be difficult to get. Quoted me £185 which I think is a total rip off.

Has anybody had a similar repair done. I would have thought they could just fill it in and spray it.
