    Default Airbag Warning Light.

My Seat 2001 1.4 Chill has the airbag warning light on. Diagnostics indicate00588 Airbag Igniter Driver Side - N95 Resistance too high. Does anyone know where the crash sensor is located as I suspect the connection is bad from this to the airbag igniter (assume this is located in the steering wheel?).
My model only has the airbag in the steering wheel, no passenger or side airbags & no pre-tensioners on the seat belts. Wher can I get a maintenance manual for my car? Haynes don't appear to do one!
Look forward to your response, Gavla.

Have a look for ElsaWin, that will help you out with a manual.

I also have the airbag warning light on. My car is a 2001 Ibiza S.

I also only have the steering wheel airbag on my car but have not had diagnostics on it to bring up a fault code.

Im thinking I maybe have the same fault. If you find a way to resolve this please let me know.

    Thanks
