    Default can any help

hi i have a seat leon reference sport and about 2 months after buying it, it started to make a knocking noice when i put my foot on the clutch to change gear around 1750 rpm and it wasnt quiet so i took it into seat to be told it was torque discharge! Not to say they dont no what there doing but in theory the car should always have made this noise (which it hasnt) and i cant believe someone would buy a brand new car that knocks because of a 'torque discharge' and a friend had the exact same car and his never made this noise

can anyone help me with what this might be or what i can do? I've been told to take it to the head office but i want to know what it actually is so they can be told what needs replacing. Thanks

No matter what, that car needs looking at, "torque discharge" I've never heard such crap, are they trying to say it's a 600bhp monster!

It sounds more like a clutch/flywheel/gearbox problem.
Give em hell until they sort it.

i know i did say well if it was torque discharge every new car would come out with a bloody knocking noise and no1 would be them.

i took the car in to have the knocking noise looked at and they ending up finding out it still had the suspension blocks in from when it was brand new (this is an 07 plate car) which in turn blew one of my shockers so both needed replacing then they found out i needed a new fly wheel cause the car wasnt starting up as quick as they wanted then they said it needed new bearings so they got changed and finanlly a new power steering rack was replaced cause that threw up a code

ive had two people say i should take it to the head office and complain.
