Exclamation Problem with cabin light switch

Has someone some idea where can be the defect in my OCTAVIA 1.9TDI (2001 year). The problem is in cabin light switch (it is above inner mirror). This switch has 3 position : left (when you open the door cabin light will light ; the middle position cabin light is of and the right position cabin light will constantly lighting.
I have problem when the switch is in left position - in this position inner cabin light is constantly lighting -(is the door open all closed and will not turned of automatically after few minutes)

Thanks in advance for any good idea
    Regards
    Peter
