Thread: Skoda Fabia 2002

    right here goes,ive had the skoda dealer look at my car bushed and they said will change them but it will sqeak again after a while ,ive been tld there the same as rs fabia and dealer said try look for other bushes ie ask on here if anyone as changed them for better bushes as the dealer said there only cheap at £7,30p but how long will they last .my fabia as only just been serviced and m.o.t is end of the month .
    if anyone can help me i be greatful ,(ie if anyone changed from standered bushes and other makes and if you have part number aswell please )..

    Try looking for a poly bush set
    Or buy a can of silicon based spray and just give them a squirt when the start sqeeking. works for about 4-500 miles

    Thanks. I'll try silicone, as apparently 1) bushes, new or old, will squeck at a point of time anyway, and 2) manhours to change them will cost a mill. Hope it works on 8-9 years old B.?
    I'll just give all suspension bushes, high & low, a go now i'm at it

    Some claim, that squecking will dissapear with warmer temperatures so come spring, please...

    yeah it does tend to subside as it get warmer and even go away in summer

    Unhappy help

    Does anybody knows how to change the brake's on skoda fabia 1,9 tdi 2002y.without breaking some fragile parts of the system.And how to change the filter of the aircondition
    which is placed somewhere in the cabine.
