Default Skoda Fabia estate rear wash problem

Car belongs to the in laws so I may not have the whole story. The rear wash did work and then stopped.

Pulled off the door trim and could not see the pipe, it presumably comes up the flexible rubber bit along with the brake light cable and disappears into the door.

Operated the wash and could hear the pump and hear water running. There is a union under the bonnet just before the pipe disappears into the bulkhead and that had popped apart. Remade the joint and tried it but still no joy. The pump runs, the water level drops but no water at the back. Presumably there is another union that has come apart somewhere along the pipe run to the rear and that bit of the car is filling with water although at the moment there is no evidence of that. Question is where does the pipe run and where are the joints usually made ? I can find the pipe in the passenger foot well and think I can feel it under the inner sill trim. How does it get up to the top of the rear door ?

    Thanks for looking.

Have you tried looking at the washer bottle. I had the same problem and i had to remove a small amount of the rubber hose (which had split) that attaches to the pump. It's located infront of the of the nearside front wheel had you'll have to remove (or bend) the plastic undersill.
