Default Brakes jammed and ABS warning light on!

Brakes jammed and ABS warning light on . Managed to get a few yards down the road then had to give up. I had new brake pads and disks fitted a few weeks ago.
Since then I had noticed a slight delay in moving away (as if the wheel was trapped against the kerb) but the guy at the garage had said it takes 100 miles or so for the new brake stuff to bed in so not to worry if they didn’t respond like before.
    Anyone got any ideas ?
    Checked fluid and that’s ok.

THE FLUID COULD HAVE GONE OFF BUT i DOUGHT IT sorry caps. If you need to move the car you will need to drain the fluid. It a posibility that the slave cylinda//servo is shot.
How ever seems co-incidentail. Idont know if a air lock could cause the problem ?

Just remembered in addition to the front pads/discs, they also took apart and checked\cleaned up the rear brakes. Not sure if relevant but does seem a big co-incidence.
The guy who did it isgoing to take a look tomorrow (providing Tesco breakdown will tow it there!)

Dont let them tow it with brakes stuck on.
Idealing should be strapped and lifted then low loaded and lifted off

the rear shoes on the fabia have one of the stupidist auto adjust systems I,ve ever come across, there is a small wedge that moves as the pads wear, so unless your guy realy knows what he was doing its possible the wedge has slipped causing the shoes to jam on.

    Default Sorted now

After being parked up for a few days, the rear brake pad had bonded to the disk enough to set the abs off.
The mechanic said it was probably related to when they cleaned the brakes up during the service, but was at a loss as why it happened as it was all put back together properly. The best theory he could think of was that after using the necessary chemicals etc it was all a bit 'too clean' which allowed it to bond somehow. He's going to contact a technical helpline to ask if this is a known issue. Unless they made a mess of something they don't want tell me about. Still - it's all fixed now and I didn't get charged anything, so I'm happy

Auctaully I use brake cleaner on my fiesta as I was advisorsed the rear left was slightly deficent. I stripes it all down cleaned, reset and rebuilt 2 and a half years I D OWNED THE CAR AND 18 months of that it was parked with hand brake on which was worked one a week. Once it had mot I parked it for a week went to move it and the rear brakes where jammed on. came free in a few inches. But sounds plausable.
