Thread: Electric front window finally jammed..

Hi guyz.

Please share your thoughts on this:

Left electric window(drivers side/Denmark) has finally stopped working, after having jammed perodically, say each 100'th operation(coming back on by itself).

When I push/pull the contact, a relay-sound is audible inside the door, as it is in the other door. BUT the window motor itself is not activated, also seen on headlamps not dimmed and engine rev's not lowered(as opposed to the OK passenger side w.).

So, i wonder if its a matter of the motor itself, og maybe an end-stop inside either motor or door-innings? Surely NOT the contact!? Something else?

Obviously, it would be nice to have located the problem before tearing the door apart.
Oh, and does anyone have any clues how to DIY? Thats all for now.
