    Default Skoda Fabia TDI VRs

Looking at buying 1 next year (21st birthday).

    How reliable are they?
How comfy are they to drive?
    How do they handle?

Thankyou in advance for any feedback

Ensure it doesnt let water in have a few hundred to remap it, prepare to replace front end bushes, (A GUY HERE WAS GOING TO TRY SILICON ONES) add extra screws to the splash gaurd and remove the front splitter(both these tend to come away and can cause damge). They tend to under steer in wet (engine weight). Generally a nice reliable economical car. A pillars make for a big blind spot on sweeping bends. front fogs always get cracked. I do know, but you may be able to get protective covers. Management systems are prone to fail in later life. Window cables some time snag or snap. Not expensive just a pain. Door eletrics can get damp and cause issue, just a pain. Theirs plenty of other cars out there that will give you a lot more greif. Most issues are rectifiable quite reasonably except the management system 7 year 100k.

You forgot to mention check door seals as they tend to leak but that is normal across the whole Fabia range.

Price will depend on where you are best bet is auto trader search and check out pistongheads classified they normally comand more money there but you could get a better maintained car.
