    Unhappy Alternator

i think the ALTERNATOR has gone in my car i think its about 12 years old but dont hold me to that, what is the life of the ALTERNATOR's and how much effort will be needed to change the ALTERNATOR.

It should be quite a simple job. I believe 2 retaining bolts and the ajuster might be worth getting a new auxcillary belt.
