Thread: Skoda Octavia: air bag light comes on

Can anyone please tell me what it means when the air bag light comes on.

Car is an Octavia 2006 Tdi

when does it come on ?

It's always on as soon as you put the ignition on and stays on until I turn it off.

It could be a bit of dirt or loose connection on a sensor. These are not worth messing with yourself. a fault code read and reset should pull up the cause if it just needs a clean or minor connection repair. It shouldnt cost more than £35 mobile auto eletrician. a guy here a few days ago got his read and reset for £25 at local dealers.
