    Question Skoda Octavia: it's too cold to drive with the windows down

    just got this old octavia for the wife.its a realy nice old junker drive's great no nocks or bangs 180000. on the clock lol. the 1.9 tdi is strong.I was told it had a lock problem when i bought it. Last night i was out in the car locked it up then unlocked it later at this point it was -3 outside with the wind chill factor inside the car it was -10 the windows must have come down when i unlocked it.Is their a easy repair without loads of cost? THANKS

    Think the problem is water getting into the plug on the passenger door - plenty of WD40 type stuff on it should cure.
    At the stealers this costs a lot to fix & they 'need' the car for 3 or 4 hours.
