Lightbulb is unleaded premium petrol 91 RON compatible with the octavia ?

    Hi all

I appreciate your help and your powerful cooperation.

I have discovered today accidentally that my car ( octavia fantasia 2010 ) should only be used with petrol 95 RON .

when I was buying the car , I have asked the agent about the kind of fuel used in the new octavia , he answered confidentally that the fuel is 91 RON .

But today I was exploring the car , I found in the fuel filler flap that u should only use petrol fuel 95/98 RON only .

    so

Is it ( safe or dangerous ) to use petrol fuel 91 ??

    Help is appreciated

    Much regards

You may be able to get Your ecu re-proggramed ie remapped. Not sure if it can be done but then again in your country you have 91 ron. In the uk we have 95,97,98,99,108ron. Untill then the car car should not be put under load ie foot to floor driveing whether raceing or traveling ladened (loaded)

If I Used a different fuel my car had a self learn ecu, Unplug it, leave it, plug it in and drive how you wanted car to drive and it would learn you style and read what fuel ect you have. If I went raceing I would reset it, then flaw it around full throttle to get it Driving, max performance then afterwards reset it and puddle around to get ecomy back. The Skoda has no such luxury
