Default Octavia getting water in footwell

My Octavia (Y Reg) recently started getting a lot of water into driver's footwell when raining. I guess a drain hole is blocked under the plastic bit which connects to bottom of windscreen. Can't seem to be able to remove this to get at all the leaves etc. underneath. Only a very narrow gap available so only manage to push the leaves around a bit and I don't know where the drain hole is anyway. If someone could advise me as to what I should do I would be very grateful.

Thanks for that. I think I have solved the problem. I took off the plastic protector under the wheel arch and all was revealed. I was able to clear the partially blocked drain hole easily. Should have used my brain a bit harder before rushing into print!
