I'd be interested to know if anyone else with the New Superb TDi has encountered any problems with the fuel system.
I've had my Superb Elegence 2.0TDi since January and it's now covered 8000miles - however at about 6,000 miles I started feeling juddering at low speed with a very light throttle - ie coasting in traffic. The juddering would get worse and worse to the point where the whole car vibrated.
Skoda initially changed the fuel filter saying that it was faulty from new and was blocked. That didn't cure the problem. It's been back to them on a number of occasions and eventually they said that one of the injectors was faulty but didn't know which one so they changed all four (£400 each!) It's only been a week since this was done and no juddering yet so it may have cured it.
It does concern me though that two parts were faulty in the same system - so maybe the fault is with the system rather than the parts.
Has anyone else experienced this??
