Thread: cruise control

I drive a 2001 octavia 1,6 102 bhp without cruise control but wish to install one.
How is this done the by one self the cheapest way?

i dont think that you can do it your self. First of all check that your car is compatible with cruise control. In order to instal it you must remove the steering remove the covers around the steering wheel remove the turn indicator stalk fit the new one with the cruise control capability and then the hard part is to connect the stalk with the ecu and after puting everything back together you need a vag com to set the cruise control
