Thread: Aux option

Hi there,

I have a small problem with my Skoda and was wondering if anyone knows the answer.

I have a Skoda Octavia Break 1.9 Elegance, and the sound system as an aux input.

when I tried to connect an MP3 player to it, and with the radio in the aux mode, no music was played (and the MP3 player was working fine).

Any clues for the problem??

ensure leads are correct fitment, can you try the leads on another piece of equipment ? Check both units to make sure they are at half volumn.
It might be that the aux on radio is for output only, do you have equipmant to test this phoery ? check steroe manual if have one to confirm.

Its working now. I had to set the volume of my mp3 to the max and half volume in my car.
It was just a matter of volume level.
