    Default oil in water

    hi
one possibility of oil in water is when the oil cooler develops a fault. It is common in certain cars but not usually one in a car as new as yours. however it is worth having it looked at. (if yours has one fitted?)
Oil can get into the water via a head gasket without the opposite symptoms occuring but eventually the gasket usually blows, then you get the awful emulsified gunk in the rocker cover as evidence sometimes leading up to this. a simple pressure test would tell you if the coolant system has a leak somewhere.
